# Upload and export a company list ## Before you start You need a signed-in session and membership in the selected workspace. Prepare a CSV with a column containing company websites. The current preview limits are 4 MiB, 10,000 data rows, and 100 columns. The server checks the file again. ## Upload and match 1. Open **Enrich** at `/lists`, then **Upload a list**. 2. Choose a CSV. Check the preview, choose the website column, and check the list name. 3. Choose **Save and start matching**. The upload creates the saved list and starts matching; you do not need a second save. 4. Wait for matching to finish. Review matched, ambiguous, unmatched and invalid row counts. A saved or running list is not a completed list. Matching company data does not spend credits according to the upload contract. This does not describe contact reveal charges. ## Export 1. On a completed, nonempty list, choose **Build a CSV**. 2. Wait until the export is ready, then choose **Download the CSV**. 3. Check the built time and link expiry. The file contains your original columns plus fields prefixed `xseller_`. An export captures data at build time. Build a new file if you need later changes included. ## If it fails A file refusal shows a reason and may include the allowed and actual size or count. Fix the file and upload again. No list was saved for a refusal. If the company directory is unavailable, the list remains saved and can offer Retry; wait for matching to finish before searching or exporting. Fatal failures do not offer the same retry. Read export errors separately from matching errors.
