# Find contacts in a company list ## Before you start You need membership in the workspace and a list that has finished matching. A partial match run cannot safely answer this search. ## Steps 1. Open the saved company list at `/lists`, then its contacts view. 2. Check the matched company count. Apply the available contact filters and title criteria. 3. Review the resulting contacts and use the next page when available. The search is scoped to the list in the request path. It does not expand to every company. No matching contacts is a valid result; it is not permission to search outside the list. ## If it fails If matching is still running, return when it completes. If the directory failed, use the retry offered on the list. If a filter or title criterion is rejected, correct it using the displayed error. Do not interpret a failed request as an empty result.
