# Find and save contacts ## Before you start Sign in and select a workspace you belong to. Available fields and actions can depend on your access. This guide does not promise that every contact has an email address or that an address is deliverable. ## Steps 1. Open **Find contacts** at `/find`. Set the available search criteria and inspect the results. 2. Choose the contacts you want. **Save contact** saves a contact; **Save & enrich contact** requests the additional enrichment action. 3. For selected contacts, the operation begins after its preview is prepared. For all results, read the confirmation: it shows the estimated or exact count, exclusions and additional credits. Choose **Start operation** only for the intended scope. 4. Read the progress counts: saved, already saved, failed, and, for enrichment, enriched or checked with no additional fields. 5. Open **View saved contacts**. Clear search and tag filters if a saved contact is hidden. Saving search criteria is separate from saving contacts. **Save search** stores a named search; deleting that search leaves saved contacts intact. ## Recovery **Stop after batch** preserves completed contacts. A stopped or failed operation can offer **Resume**. Use **View failures** and **Retry failed contacts** for per-contact failures. “Completed with failures” does not mean every requested contact was saved. A started job is not a completed job.
